In Her Anxiety is part therapy session, part cozy girl chat on a Friday night. It’s a space for anyone who’s ever felt like their brain has too many tabs open and none of them are responding.

Here, we talk about the messy stuff - anxiety, burnout, self-growth - but in a way that we can accept and embrace through community discussions, art challenges, and the occasional, relatable meme. Think of it as the love child between a mindfulness app and a group chat full of emotionally self-aware hot girls. We’ll unpack habits, create new ones, and build a community of strong women who truly love themselves unconditionally.
